Deluxe Double Bed Our deluxe room with a double bed features a private bath and satellite TV. This room is perfect for travelers looking for cozy comfort and great value.
Deluxe Two Double Beds Room 106 is a deluxe room with two double beds, unattached private bath and satellite TV is ideal for families traveling with children.
Deluxe with Queen Bed or Two Double Beds Our deluxe room with queen bed is the finest room on the first floor of the Rico Hotel. Antique furniture compliments the comfortable feel of this spacious room, which is complete with full bath, satellite television and high speed internet access.
The Apartment Stay in our luxurious and spacious third floor suite and feel like you are on top of the world. Featuring breath taking views of snow capped 14,000 foot peaks, this suite includes private bedroom with queen bed, adjoining room with sitting area, large couch (which converts into sofa sleeper) and satellite T.V. A spacious kitchen area is equipped for light snacking and a full bathroom completes this incredible value. Sleeps up to four.

RATES & HOTEL POLICIES

RATES: All rates are based on double occupancy and include two hot breakfasts. $20 for each additional occupant. Maximum occupany per room is 4.

GROUP RATES: Group rates available. Please call for rates and availability.

BOOKING POLICY: One night's lodging is due at time of booking and final payment is due on arrival. *Cancellations must occur 7 days or more prior to arrival in order to warrant a deposit refund. If cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival, deposit will be forfeited.

TAXES: Prices listed do not include 8% sales tax and 1% lodging tax.

PAYMENT: MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

ROLLAWAYS: There is a one time $25.00 charge per stay for each rollaway.

PETS: Pets are welcome in certain rooms for an additional $20.00 per pet per night. Pets of guests must be on a leash entering and leaving the Rico Hotel. Pets are not allowed in the hotel restaurant unless they are a certified service animal.

RICO HOTEL IS NON SMOKING: The hotel and all guest rooms are non-smoking. There is a minimum $100 charge for violating the non-smoking policy. This policy has and will be enforced with absolutely no exceptions.

CHECK IN/OUT: Check in is between 3pm - 6 pm. Please check out no later than 11 am.

ROOM KEYS: When you checkout please make sure you leave your room keys in the basket which is located in the front lobby.

BREAKFAST: Breakfast is served in the Argentine Grille between 8:00 am & 9:00 am.

DINNER: Dinner is served in the Argentine Grille between 5:30 pm & 8:30 pm.

HOT TUB: Hours are from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm. Please do not bring any glass in or near the hot tub.

INTERNET ACCESS: High speed wireless offered throughout the hotel at no extra charge.
