HOTEL POLICIES*

RATES: All rates are based on double occupancy and include continental breakfast. Winter month early/holiday/bargain season Ski and Stay rates include the above plus two adult Telluride Ski Resort lift tickets for both room guests. Add $20 for each additional occupant per night, which includes continental breakfast, and the opportunity to purchase an adult Telluride Ski Resort at a reduced rate. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons per room.

CHILD AND SENIOR RATES: Above rates are set on adult occupancy and lift tickets. Call 1-800-365-1971 for Child and Senior Ski and Stay rate quotes.

GROUP RATES: Group rates available. Please call for rates and availability.

BOOKING POLICY: One night's lodging is due at time of booking and final payment is due on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival in order to warrant a deposit refund. If cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival, deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations for festivals and holidays must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival in order to warrant a deposit refund. If cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival, deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to re-book.

TAXES: Prices listed do not include 8% sales tax and 1% lodging tax.

PAYMENT: MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

ROLLAWAYS: There is a one time $30.00 charge per stay for each rollaway.

PETS:Pets are welcome in certain rooms for an additional $10.00 per pet per night. Pets of guests must be on a leash entering and leaving the Rico Hotel. Pets are not allowed in the hotel restaurant unless they are a certified service animal.

RICO HOTEL IS NON SMOKING: The hotel and all guest rooms are non-smoking. There is a minimum $100 charge for violating the non-smoking policy. This policy has and will be enforced with absolutely no exceptions.

CHECK IN/OUT:Check in is anytime after 3pm. Please check out no later than 11 am.

ROOM KEYS: When you checkout please make sure you leave your room keys in the basket which is located in the front lobby.

LUNCH & DINNER: Lunch daily 11-2 p.m. Dinner nightly through the summer 5-9 p.m.

HOT TUB: Hours are from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm. Please do not bring any glass in or near the hot tub.

INTERNET ACCESS: High speed wireless is offered throughout the hotel at no extra charge. A computer is located on the second floor above the Great Room in a relaxing reading/sitting room environment.
