Chef Eamonn O’Hara is the former Executive Sous Chef at the world famous Hotel Bel Air in Los Angeles, California, where he had the privilege of working with Wolfgang Puck. He now brings his experience and critical acclaim to the quiet town of Rico, Colorado. His use of local organic meats and produce gives the Argentine Grille’s cuisine a distinctively regional flavor.

The historic Rico Hotel is a former miners lodge that now provides the perfect backdrop for weddings, meetings, reunions or any special occasion. Our charming guest rooms and private dining space, that accommodates 60 people, makes the Rico Hotel the ideal getaway in any season.

Stone Free Farm Organic mixed greens, with Heart of Palm, bleu cheese, crisp pancetta, avocado and red wine vinaigrette
